We work with founders in food and drink and fast moving consumer goods. Early stage brands finding their feet, and established businesses scaling into retail and wholesale. If your business is growing, selling a real product and trying to do right by the people around it, we will probably get on well.
What makes you different?

Most accountants only ever see an FMCG business from the outside, through the numbers. We have run one. Kubed is led by a chartered accountant with eight years of Deloitte audit experience who then built and grew a real product business, so you get serious technical rigour alongside an accountant who understands your world from the inside.

We work on fixed fees agreed in advance, so you always know exactly what you will pay and never get a surprise bill. We tailor a package to what your business actually needs after our first conversation. If you prefer an hourly charge we can work on that basis too.
Not at all, and it is far more common than people think. Once you decide to move, we contact your current accountant, request the paperwork and handle the handover for you. You barely lift a finger, and there is rarely a good reason to wait until your year end.
We work with clients across the UK and beyond, almost entirely online. Everything happens by video call, email and secure cloud software, so where you are based makes no difference to the service you receive.
We work with all the main cloud platforms, including Xero, Freeagent and QuickBooks. If you are already on one, we will happily work with it. If you are starting fresh, we will recommend the best fit and get you up and running on it.
Yes. Your own tax position and the business are closely linked, so we keep both tidy and efficient and make sure they work together rather than against each other.
How do we get started?
Yes, and the earlier the better. Getting your structure, registrations and systems right from day one saves a great deal of cost and stress later. We love working with founders right at the beginning.
